Once your mattress is delivered to your home for free, you have 200 days to try it out. Are you satisfied? We thank you for your trust and wish you a peaceful night's sleep!
If not, there are no additional costs or hidden fees: returns are free and you'll receive a full refund. To request a return, simply go to your customer account and fill out the contact form, indicating "200-Night Trial Service" in the subject line.
Our customer service team will then take over to respond to your request and offer you suitable solutions (testing the other side of the mattress, exchange, etc.).
If, after our discussions, you wish to return the mattress, you will be asked to provide photos attesting to the product's conformity. As stated in our general terms and conditions of sale, "the product must be returned to the seller in a rigorously clean condition, free of stains and odors, perfectly protected and packaged." Once the condition has been validated, the carrier will contact you to arrange the most convenient collection slot for you. To facilitate transport, please wrap the mattress, ideally in a plastic cover for optimal protection.
Upon receipt of your return at our workshop, we will process a refund using the original payment method. Refunds can take up to 14 business days, excluding delivery costs. Thank you for your understanding.
Please note that it can take approximately 30 days to adapt to new bedding.
