alba offers you the choice between 2 delivery options:
- Free delivery to your doorstep within 3-5 business days.
- Express delivery within 24 to 48 hours, is priced at €19.
As soon as our carrier has your order in its possession, you will receive a parcel tracking email, and a delivery date will be indicated. If you are not at home, the carrier will attempt to deliver to you 3 times.
If necessary, do not hesitate to contact UPS customer service directly with your tracking number for quick and efficient communication with the local delivery person.
3. Delivery with collection of old bedding at the doorstep within 7-15 working days*. This delivery costs €39.
*Please note, in order to never neglect the quality of Alba mattresses, delivery times may be slightly extended during exceptional periods (e.g. Black Friday, sales, etc.)
After opening your mattress, it is recommended to give it a few hours to decompress and regain its original shape. In most cases, 48 hours is enough time for the mattress to be ready for use. However, if you notice that the mattress takes longer to fully inflate, you may need to wait a little longer.
Also, make sure that the mattress is well placed in a well-ventilated environment to avoid any humidity during this period. Once the mattress has regained its shape, you can fully enjoy it for a comfortable sleep.

For any return request, please log in to your customer account on your customer area and complete the form by selecting the item corresponding to your request. We are committed to providing you with a solution as soon as possible.
The product must be returned in impeccable condition: clean, without stains or odors, and perfectly protected and packaged. It is also necessary to send a photo of the condition of the product so that our quality department can approve the return request.
For mattresses : the buyer must pack the mattress, by his own means, in such a way as to protect it as best as possible (for example, with a plastic bag). 200 night service only applicable for mattresses.
For pillows : the product must be returned in its original packaging, as you received it (box, goodies, etc.). Otherwise, the refund will not be made. Also note that the cost of returning the pillows is the responsibility of the customer. The buyer has 14 working days from the delivery date to return any item that does not suit them.
For mattress toppers : the withdrawal period is also 14 days from the delivery date. The buyer must pack the mattress topper, by his own means, in such a way as to protect it as best as possible (for example, with a plastic bag).
Upon receipt of the returned products, we will refund your order using the payment method you chose when you made your purchase. The refund can take up to 14 business days. Thank you for your understanding.
